How We Started

Ignite Digital Marketing was sparked by a vision in 2021: to bring clarity, creativity, and results to businesses navigating the ever-changing digital space. Founded by Katie Kronk, a Mississippi State graduate with a B.S. in Integrated Digital Marketing and an MBA, Ignite was created to serve small and medium-sized businesses with strategy-backed, heart-led marketing.

In the early days, Ignite was a one-woman operation built from the ground up—fueled by passion, late nights, and a deep desire to deliver meaningful results. A few incredible clients took a chance on a fresh startup, and that trust turned into a wave of momentum that carried the agency forward. As Ignite grew, so did its team—built intentionally with people who care just as much about the work as they do about the people behind the brands.

What started with a single laptop has grown into a full-service digital marketing agency serving clients across multiple states, industries, and time zones. From healthcare and wellness to retail, restaurants, private practices, and beyond—Ignite’s mission remains the same: to provide clear strategy, bold creativity, and a true partnership to every business we serve.

Meet The Team

We’re a tight-knit crew of creative minds, strategic thinkers, and go-getters passionate about helping brands shine. Half of our team works out of our home base in Ridgeland, Mississippi, while the rest bring the heat remotely from Nashville and Charlotte.

 

While we may be spread across state lines, we’re fully in sync when it comes to delivering results, collaborating on fresh ideas, and keeping our clients at the center of everything we do. Together, we bring a blend of local charm and big-pictue perspective to every project—and we love what we do.
